We are Gurgen Mkrtchyan and Grigory Mikaelyan. We live in Tbilisi and have worked in construction with the best local crews and craftsmen for years. Every expat we know has the same fear: being overcharged for materials or the renovation process, missed deadlines, and not understanding what's happening due to the language barrier. That's why we created Mendi — a team we personally trust, honest about every lari, and working in your language.

We also handle small repairs — a leaking faucet, an outlet, AC cleaning, mounting shelves. Minimum order 100 GEL, plus a 50 GEL call-out that counts toward the work. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a price.
